Baobab Ebooks is committed to ensuring that both librarians and end users gain optimum use out of the platform and its contents. There are several options for getting help and training for all aspects of the site, including:

• Phone support – Available Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm GMT.
• Training videos.
• Local representatives.

To request a specific training session, please contact us, stating the subject you’d like training in, a preferred date and time and the number of people attending the session.
